The Puig Z-Racing screen for the Kawasaki Ninja 400 (2018-2024) and 7 Hybrid/E-1 (2024-2026) is designed to improve wind protection while retaining your bike’s sporty look. Its shape helps reduce air pressure on the rider compared with the original screen.
The double-bubble design directs airflow away from the helmet and upper body, while two side channels guide it outwards to ease pressure on the shoulders. Puig develops the shape using a virtual wind tunnel and designs and manufactures the screen in Barcelona.
- Aerodynamic improvement: an average of 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position, compared with the original screen.
- Thickness: 3 mm.
- Edge and certification: a rounded edge of more than 2 mm meets TÜV safety requirements; the screen is TÜV certified.
