The Puig Z-Racing screen for the 2015-2020 Kawasaki Ninja H2 is designed to improve aerodynamic protection while retaining a sporty look. Its double-height shape directs airflow away from the helmet and upper torso for a more comfortable ride.
The design has been assessed in a virtual wind tunnel. Two side channels guide air outwards to help reduce pressure on the rider’s shoulders. Puig designs and manufactures this screen in Barcelona and uses a machine-vision system for quality control.
