Puig Side covers

Many bikes leave open gaps at the sides, between the frame and the tank or bodywork, where mud and dirt creep in. Puig side covers are ABS panels that close those gaps, protect the area from splashes and small knocks and give it a cleaner finish. They are made for a handful of models, and what matters is that yours is one of them.

Choosing and fitting

Pay attention to the year: the two GS entries on the list do not share a cover, and the 2014-2018 Adventure has its own. According to Puig, the covers come with metal brackets and the fixings and fitting is done by following the instructions in the box.

If you ride a GS, you can finish the job with Puig's aluminium chassis caps, and if you also want to shield the tank from scuffs, look at the Puig side tank pads. There are more accessories from the same maker in Puig.
