Puig Sticker Kits

A Puig sticker kit changes the colour of a bike without repainting anything: these are stickers made for one particular model. This category brings together ten kits for the Yamaha T-MAX 530, two for the Kawasaki Z750 (2007-2012), one for the X-MAX 125/250 and eight tricolour sets for the panniers of the BMW R 1200 GS and R 1250 GS.

Which kit fits which bike

• Yamaha T-MAX 530 from 2012 to 2014: eight kits in blue, yellow, white and gold. For 2015-2016 there is a gold one and for 2017-2019 a blue one.
• Kawasaki Z750 and Z750 R (2007-2012): red and green.
• Yamaha X-MAX 125/250 (2010-2017): black.
• BMW panniers: four tricolour kits for those of the R 1200 GS and R 1250 GS and GS Adventure (2000-2024) and another four for the R 1200 GS Adventure (2006-2018).

Applying it without bubbles

1. Wash and degrease the surface and let it dry thoroughly.
2. Work at a mild temperature, neither in the sun nor in the cold: at temperature extremes the adhesive grips less well.
3. Offer the kit up without removing all the backing paper, stick it down from one end and smooth it with a card from the inside outwards.
4. On curves, a little heat from a hairdryer helps it conform; do not keep going over the same spot.

To add colour to the wheels, have a look at the wheel tapes, and for the rest of the T-MAX, the sprocket trim rings. To see other accessories from the maker, the way in is Puig.
