SHAD Top case racks

A SHAD top box rack is the part that bolts to your bike so that any of the brand's top cases can lock on top. SHAD calls it the Top Master and makes one for each model, because every tail section, grab rail and stock rack has its own mounting points. Here you will find racks for hundreds of motorcycles, scooters and even a three-wheeler, from the Honda PCX to the Harley-Davidson Pan America or the Can-Am Spyder.

What the rack provides and what the case provides

The split is simple: the rack belongs to your bike, and the mounting plate comes with each top box. The plate bolts to the rack and the case clicks onto it, whether it is an SH model or an aluminium Terra. Change bikes and you only buy the new rack; own two bikes and a second rack plus a spare SHAD mounting plate let you swap the same top box between them in seconds. The cases themselves are under SHAD TOP cases.

Finding the one for your bike

Each name gives the make, model and years, and the part number ends in ST. Pay attention to the generation: the Yamaha MT-09 has a different rack for 2013-2016, 2017-2019, 2021-2023 and 2024-2026, and the XMAX has just as many. The other way round, bikes that share a frame often share a rack: H0FR15ST fits the Forza 125, 300 and 350 and the ADV 350. The BMW R 1300 GS even has two part numbers, so read the product page before choosing. The oldest references end in T alone, like those for the TMAX 500 or the Fazer 600, and remain in the range for riders who still run those bikes.

Scooters, electric bikes and customs

A large part of the range is for scooters, where the top box holds the helmet every day: Kymco, SYM, Piaggio, Suzuki Burgman, Yamaha XMAX and TMAX or Honda Forza. There are also racks for electric models such as the SEAT MÓ, Silence S01, NIU or Segway, and for fast-growing brands like Voge, Zontes, QJMOTOR or CFMOTO. On a custom without a rack, the alternative is a SHAD sissy bar with its top box fitting.

Before you order

• Exact model, version and years: suffixes such as GT, Tech or Adventure can change the part.
• Passenger comfort: SHAD top box backrests fit the case rather than the rack, and each one is made for specific case models.
• With your bike saved in your garage, the bar above the list shows how many of these racks fit it and lets you view only those.

To compare with Givi or SW-MOTECH fittings, go to motorcycle luggage racks; any other part from the brand is under SHAD.
