The Puig Z-Racing screen for the 2024-2026 Suzuki GSX-8R replaces the original fairing screen and helps reduce the airflow reaching the rider. Its sporting shape is intended to improve comfort whether you ride upright or tuck in.
The double-bubble profile deflects air away from the helmet and upper body, while two side channels guide it outwards to ease pressure on the shoulders. Puig developed the shape using a virtual wind tunnel and designs and manufactures the screen in Barcelona.

- Aerodynamic improvement: across the Z-Racing range, the average is 12.7% in an upright position and up to 61% in a racing tuck compared with the original screen.
- Edge: rounded profile measuring more than 2 mm, meeting TÜV safety requirements.
