The Puig Z-Racing screen replaces the original screen on your 2006-2007 Suzuki GSX-R600 or GSX-R750. Its sporty shape is designed to improve aerodynamic comfort whether you ride upright or tuck in behind the fairing.

The double-height profile deflects airflow away from the helmet and upper torso. Two side channels direct air outwards to help reduce pressure on your shoulders, while Puig has assessed the shape using a virtual wind tunnel.

  • Aerodynamic improvement: an average of 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position compared with the original screen.
  • Material: 3 mm high-impact acrylic.
  • Edge: a rounded profile of more than 2 mm that meets TÜV safety requirements.
  • UV resistance: designed to withstand exposure to UV rays.
  • Weight: 500 g.
  • Approval: ABE KBA 38182 VS3.

No additional edging is needed for installation. Check the ABE documentation to confirm that the approval covers your specific motorcycle model.
