These orange SW-MOTECH engine crash bars are designed for the KTM 790 Adventure (2019-2021) and 890 Adventure (2020-2022). They help protect the tank, fairing and other exposed components while complementing the bike’s styling.
The model-specific design provides a precise fit and a secure connection to the frame. It also takes the permitted lean angle into account.
- Construction: steel tubing with a 27 mm diameter.
- Tube wall: 2.35 mm thick.
- Mounting plates: 6 mm thick.
- Finish: powder coating resistant to corrosion and weathering.
- Included: two side crash bars, mounting hardware and instructions.
The bars bolt to the existing mounting points on the frame, with no new fixing points required.
