The SW-MOTECH DUSC XL top case system in black for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Rally 2025 provides 55 litres of luggage capacity. Its waterproof hard case is practical for both everyday city riding and longer trips.

• Construction: a 3 mm thick, textured thermoformed ABS plastic shell with an aluminium frame.
• Helmet storage: accommodates two helmets, including XL motocross helmets fitted with communication systems. EVA inserts help protect delicate items from scratches.
• Durable rack: the ADVENTURE-RACK uses 4 mm aluminium alloy with a powder coating for corrosion protection. It has been tested against vibration, impacts and loads both in the laboratory and in the field.
• Case dimensions and weight: 59.4 x 42.3 x 31.2 cm and approximately 6.1 kg.
• Included equipment: luggage rack, adapter kit, lock cylinder set, two opening limiters, fitting instructions and mounting hardware.
• Internal organisation: integrated hooks inside the lid allow you to attach a lid net, sold separately.

The rack fits the original mounting points using model-specific extension components. The case then slots onto the attachment points and is secured with the locking system; the parts required for this installation are included.
