The SW-MOTECH EVO footrest kit lets you tailor the riding position on your BMW F 450 GS from 2025 onwards. It gives you a choice of foot positions while retaining the original mounting points.
Rotating, interlocking toothed elements provide 36 settings: the footrests can move down, forwards or backwards, and can be tilted. The meshing elements and threaded connections hold the chosen setting securely.
- Height adjustment: the highest setting matches the original position; the lowest is up to 15 mm lower.
- Matched positioning: markings make it easier to set both sides symmetrically.
- Boot contact: the rounded-edge profile protects boot soles while providing grip.
- Pads: removable, metal-reinforced rubber with a non-slip surface and an approximate 8 × 5 cm contact area.
- Material: electropolished cast stainless steel with corrosion resistance.
- Total weight: 1397 g.
- Included: two footrests, two model-specific articulated adaptors and fitting hardware.
The kit fits the original footrest mounts using the original parts. Fitting instructions are included.
