Akrapovič Racing Exhaust in Carbon for Kawasaki ZX 6 R (23-26) S-K6R11-RC/1

The Akrapovič Racing Line (Carbon) full exhaust is designed for track use on your 2023-2026 Kawasaki ZX-6R. It replaces the standard system with a layout intended to improve performance above 5,000 rpm while cutting weight.

Removing the pre-muffler gives it a racing appearance and a distinctive deep sound. The system incorporates two lambda sensors.

• Carbon fibre: the silencer outer sleeve and end cap are hand-laid.
• Stainless steel: used for the inner structure, link pipe and headers.
• Weight: 3.8 kg versus 12.1 kg for the standard exhaust, a 68.6% (8.3 kg) reduction.
• Measured power gain: +5.7 kW (7.7 hp) at 13,200 rpm on Akrapovič’s dyno.
• Measured torque gain: +7.7 Nm at 6,000 rpm in the same test.
• Fitting: plug-and-play installation takes approximately 180 minutes. Remapping is not mandatory, although Akrapovič recommends it to get the full benefit of the system.
• Optional parts: a carbon-fibre silencer bracket and Track Day link pipe for circuits with stricter noise limits.

This exhaust is not road approved and does not meet emissions requirements for street or highway use. The figures come from tests on an EU-specification motorcycle; fitment and performance may vary for bikes sold in other markets.
