IXIL Rally Exhausts

IXIL Rally exhausts are stainless steel silencers for the latest crop of adventure and trail bikes. If you ride a 2025-2026 Ténéré 700, a 2024-2026 Tiger 900 or one of the recent adventure bikes from CFMOTO, Voge or QJMOTOR, this is the IXIL line to look at first.

Bikes with a Rally exhaust

• Yamaha Ténéré 700 2025-2026.
• Triumph Tiger 900 2024-2026, in Rally Pro, Alpine, Desert, GT and GT Pro form.
• CFMOTO 700 MT 2025-2026, 800 MT-X 2025-2026 and 1000 MT-X.
• Voge DS800 Rally.
• QJMOTOR SRT 900 S and SX.
• One part number shared by several CFMOTO, Husqvarna and KTM models, with the full list on its product page.

Rally or MXT

Both are IXIL adventure lines in steel, and what sets them apart is mainly the generation of the bike. The MXT covers the previous generation: the 2019-2024 Ténéré 700, the Tiger 900 up to 2023, the Africa Twin or the R 1250 GS. On models updated recently, the new part number sits in the Rally line, so the Ténéré has one in each line depending on its year. Check yours before ordering.

Common questions

Can I run it with side panniers?

That depends mostly on the pannier rack, which is designed around the stock silencer. Before ordering, compare the shape of the Rally with the space your rack leaves on the exhaust side; some rack makers offer versions for aftermarket exhausts. Also leave some air between the pannier and the silencer, as it gets very hot on a slow mountain pass or in traffic.

What about the catalyst?

For the Voge DS800 Rally, the QJMOTOR SRT 900 or the Ténéré 700 there are IXIL decat pipes, but they are track parts. On a touring bike used on public roads, the catalyst stays where it is: without it, the bike no longer meets the emissions approval it was registered with.

To compare with the brand's other lines, go to IXIL; and to understand what changes between a slip-on and a full system, or what a roadworthiness inspection checks, see motorcycle exhausts.
