The Puig Z-Racing screen for the Kawasaki Ninja 500 (2024-2026) combines sporty styling with greater wind protection than the original screen. It is designed to improve comfort whether you ride upright or tuck into a racing position.
Its double-height shape directs airflow away from the helmet and upper body. Two side channels guide air outwards to help reduce pressure on the shoulders, while virtual wind-tunnel analysis informs the Z-Racing range’s design.
- Material: 3 mm high-impact acrylic.
- Aerodynamics: across the Z-Racing range, the average improvement over original screens is 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position.
- Edge: rounded profile of more than 2 mm, with TÜV certification.
- Durability: UV resistance.
- Weight: 445 g.
- Approval: ABE KBA 38182 VS3.
- Fitting: no additional parts such as edge trim are required.
Before fitting it to your bike, check the ABE documentation to confirm that your specific model is covered.
