The Puig Z-Racing screen for the 2006-2007 Kawasaki ZX-10R and 2005-2008 ZX-6R Ninja gives the bike a sportier look while helping to shield you from airflow. It is designed to improve aerodynamic comfort compared with the original screen.
Puig assesses the design in a virtual wind tunnel to optimise airflow. A machine-vision system is also used to check each screen during production.
- Double-bubble profile: diverts air away from the helmet and upper torso.
- Side channels: guide air outwards to help reduce pressure on the shoulders.
- Aerodynamic improvement: an average of 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position, compared with the original screen.
- Edge: rounded profile measuring more than 2 mm.
- Certification: TÜV.
- UV resistance: helps the screen withstand sun exposure.
- Fitting: requires no additional parts such as edge trim.
