The Puig Z-Racing screen for the 2021-2026 Kawasaki ZX-10R/RR pairs a sporty profile with aerodynamic protection for the rider. It is designed to reduce air pressure and make riding more comfortable.
Its shape is assessed in a virtual wind tunnel to optimise airflow. Puig also uses a machine-vision system for quality control during production.
- Double-bubble shape: deflects air away from the helmet and upper torso.
- Side channels: guide air outwards to help reduce pressure on the shoulders.
- Aerodynamic improvement: compared with the original screen, the Z-Racing range achieves an average improvement of 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position.
- Thickness: 3 mm.
- Edge: rounded profile of more than 2 mm, meeting TÜV safety requirements.
- UV resistance: helps the screen withstand prolonged use.
- Weight: 427 g.
Installation does not require additional edge trim. The screen has ABE approval KBA 38182 VS3; check that the ABE covers your specific motorcycle model.
