Accessories for the Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory

The Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory is a sports naked suited to twisty-road rides as well as everyday journeys. How you split your time between the two helps set your accessory priorities. Wind protection matters on longer stretches, while protection and comfortable controls make sense for regular use around town. Styling changes offer another route if you want to emphasise the Tuono’s sporty character.

What riders usually fit to the Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory

• Screens: help take wind pressure off your upper body once you leave urban roads behind. If your favourite bends are a motorway ride away, a screen can make the connecting miles less tiring, rather than treating wind protection as something only touring bikes need.
• Protectors: help limit damage to the areas they cover during a drop or impact. For a Tuono used throughout the week, that is relevant to awkward parking spaces and low-speed manoeuvres as well as the occasional longer ride out into the countryside.
• Levers: change the interface between your hands and the brake and clutch controls. Frequent clutch use in traffic makes lever shape and reach worth considering, while a comfortable finger position also matters when you spend a weekend working through a succession of bends.
• Footrests: provide the support for your feet when you adopt a more active riding position on winding roads. Their shape and contact surface deserve attention on a sports naked, particularly when the same bike also needs to feel comfortable on routine journeys.
• Number plate holders: let you alter the appearance of the rear end and draw attention to the Tuono 660 Factory’s sporty outline. They suit a styling-led approach, whereas a screen or changes to the contact points address how the bike feels during your regular rides.
