Accessories for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 636

Winding roads and track days are natural territory for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 636. On a sports bike like this, the controls, foot supports and wind protection deserve particular attention because they shape how you interact with the bike. Regular road use brings other priorities into play, including comfort in traffic and protection against the knocks that can happen while parking.

What riders usually fit to the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 636

• Screens: useful for managing airflow on motorway journeys and along a circuit’s straights. Consider how you sit on the Ninja: the screen’s shape matters both when tucked over the tank and when riding in a less crouched position on the road.
• Protectors: help reduce damage to the areas they cover if the bike falls. For a Ninja used on the road and at track days, low-speed manoeuvres in a car park or around the paddock are good reasons to consider protection.
• Levers: reach and finger support matter when braking for a bend. If your ZX-6R also handles the commute, the way the clutch lever sits in your hand becomes just as relevant during repeated use in stop-start traffic.
• Footrests: provide support as you shift your weight through a sequence of bends. Boot contact and foot position are worth focusing on for sporty riding, particularly when spending sessions on track and moving around on the bike.
• Tail tidies: give the rear of a road-going Ninja a cleaner appearance. They suit riders who want to emphasise the bike’s sporting style without making every accessory choice about lap sessions or riding technique.

Choosing parts for 2013 or 2014-2017

The Ninja ZX-6R 636 has evolved over the years, so the 2013 and 2014-2017 versions do not take all the same parts. Handlebar accessories, protectors and fairing parts are among the items that differ and may not fit both versions. Choose your bike’s year on this page to see only the accessories that fit yours.
