Accessories for the MV Agusta Brutale 1090 R

The MV Agusta Brutale 1090 R is a sports-focused naked bike, well suited to winding roads but equally usable for everyday journeys. How you balance those rides shapes your accessory choices: riding position matters on twisty routes, exposed areas benefit from protection, and wind management becomes more important as the miles add up.

What riders usually fit to the MV Agusta Brutale 1090 R

• Screens: riding a naked Brutale means feeling the airflow out on the open road. A screen helps divert some of that air, making it a useful addition when a short weekend ride turns into a longer day away.
• Protectors: these help reduce damage to the areas they cover in a low-speed fall. They make practical sense if your Brutale combines spirited road rides with the everyday manoeuvring and parking that come with riding in town.
• Handlebars: where your hands sit influences your posture on the Brutale. A different handlebar can alter that relationship, helping you tailor the riding position to urban journeys or days spent linking bends on your favourite roads.
• Levers: frequent braking and clutch use in traffic put the contact between fingers and controls into focus. They are worth considering when your Brutale has to handle both the daily commute and more focused riding on winding roads.
• Number plate holders: these can give the rear of the bike a cleaner appearance that suits the Brutale’s sporty naked styling. Their role is chiefly visual, rather than addressing wind exposure or low-speed protection.
