Accessories for the Suzuki RF 900 RS2

The Suzuki RF 900 RS2 is a sports tourer suited to winding roads and longer days in the saddle. That combination makes wind protection, riding position and looking after its exterior useful priorities when choosing accessories. For the 1994-1997 models, replacing tired details can also be part of keeping the bike ready for regular road use while retaining its sporting character.

What riders usually fit to the Suzuki RF 900 RS2

• Windscreens: Worth considering when your routes involve motorway stretches or sustained time on open roads. A screen helps manage airflow around the rider, and on a sports tourer such as the RF, its height and shape matter in relation to how upright or tucked in you ride.
• Protectors and crash protection: Intended to help limit damage to the areas they cover during scrapes or falls. They make sense for an RF that sees regular use, where parking manoeuvres and low-speed mishaps are just as relevant as looking after the bike out on a ride.
• Handlebars and levers: The hand controls deserve attention whether you spend your weekends linking bends or covering longer distances. Accessories in this area let you focus on the rider's contact points, with hand position and access to the controls particularly relevant during extended days on the road.
• Fasteners: Useful for renewing fixings during maintenance or tidying the finish of a bike from these years. For an RF kept for regular riding rather than display, attention to these smaller parts belongs alongside the more visible work involved in refreshing its appearance.
• Bodywork and styling: A way to look after the RF's sporting appearance or give it a different visual touch. If short weekend outings matter more to you than touring, exterior details offer another focus for the bike, rather than making every addition about long-distance comfort.
