Accessories for the Yamaha XVS250 DragStar

The Yamaha XVS250 DragStar is a cruiser suited to relaxed road rides and everyday trips around town. For that mix of riding, accessories earn their place by helping with your riding position, rearward visibility and wind protection. The aim is to make the bike work for your usual journeys while keeping its custom character in view.

What riders usually fit to the Yamaha XVS250 DragStar

• Handlebars: bar shape affects where your hands sit and how far you reach. On a DragStar used for unhurried weekend rides as well as town traffic, a comfortable arm position matters more than choosing a shape for looks alone.
• Mirrors: these can reinforce the DragStar's custom styling, but a useful view behind remains important when moving through town. Give rearward visibility its due alongside shape and finish, especially if your regular route involves lane changes and busy junctions.
• Screens: a screen helps divert some of the airflow away from your upper body when a short outing turns into a longer road ride. It makes particular sense for a DragStar that spends more time on open roads than on short urban trips.
• Protectors: for a cruiser ridden daily in town, parking and slow turns are part of the routine. Protective accessories help shield the areas they cover from knocks and scuffs, making them a practical addition rather than a purely visual change.
