Puig Dashboard Protectors

The instrument screen is what you look at most on every ride, and on bikes with a TFT or LCD dash it is one of the first things to get scratched: by a key, a glove, a badly used cloth. Puig dashboard protectors are a clear vinyl film, cut to the size of each model's instrument panel, which sticks on top and takes the scratches instead of the screen.

Which dashes are covered

The range covers recent bikes from almost every brand: Yamaha (MT-07, Tracer 9, TMAX 560), Honda (Hornet, Transalp, Africa Twin, NT1100, Grom), KTM and Husqvarna (1290 Super Adventure, Norden 901), BMW (R 12 and R 12 nineT), Triumph, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Ducati, CFMOTO or Kymco. Some part numbers suit several models from the same brand, and the product page says which.

How to fit it without bubbles

1. Clean and dry the glass of the dash, with no dust or fingerprints, and work somewhere with no draught.
2. Hold the film in place dry to check it matches the edges before peeling anything off.
3. Peel off the backing a little at a time and press from the centre outwards with a plastic card to push the air out.

Always follow the instructions that come with each protector, because the material and the order of steps can vary from model to model.

What to check before ordering

The same bike can change its dash between generations, and then the film changes too: the 2023-2024 Tracer 9 GT Plus and the 2025-2026 Tracer 9, for example, take different part numbers. To avoid a mistake, enter your make, model and year in the bike filter above the list in this category and you will see only the protectors that fit.

If you want to look after other exposed areas too, there are the Puig headlight protectors, which shield the lens from stones, and the Puig tank pads. And if you want to keep personalising the bike, the maker's other parts are in Puig.
