Rizoma Risers

Rizoma handlebar risers are the machined aluminium pieces that hold the handlebar to the bike and, in the Italian brand's case, also a visible detail of the riding position, in black, silver, grey, red or blue. Each part number is for a specific model, or group of models, and years.

Bikes with risers

• BMW: R 1200 and R 1250 GS, R nineT and R 1300 GS, the last one in silver, black and blue.
• Ducati: Multistrada 1200 and V4, Monster 1200 and 821, and Scrambler 400 and 800.
• Custom and adventure: Harley-Davidson Softail (2011-2017) and Pan America, and MV Agusta Rivale 800 and Turismo Veloce.
• Scooter: Yamaha TMAX 500 and 530.

Two other part numbers are for "several models" from Aprilia, Ducati, MV Agusta, Triumph, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Husqvarna and other makes: in those cases the product page carries the full list of bikes.

What to check on the product page

Not all risers do the same job: some simply replace the stock ones with a different finish, while others change the position of the handlebar. Before ordering, check what the one for your bike does, and if the page does not make it clear, ask us through the chat. Universal risers, chosen by height and handlebar diameter, are a different family and are explained in the Puig risers.

After fitting

Risers hold the handlebar, so tighten in a cross pattern, to the torque in your bike's manual, and re-check it after the first few miles. Turn the bars from lock to lock to make sure cables and hoses do not pull, and readjust mirrors and levers if their position has changed. To stay with the same style, the Rizoma handlebars and Rizoma grips are the next step, and the brand's whole catalogue is under Rizoma.
