The Sprint Filter T12 air filter for the BMW R 1300 GS is developed to protect the engine from fine dust during intensive off-road riding. Its filter medium is designed for the demanding conditions encountered in off-road, enduro and adventure use.
- Pack contents: includes 2 air filters.
- Filtration: provides a filtration capability of 12 microns.
- Dry operation: requires no oiling, keeping maintenance requirements low.
- Cleaning: simply blow the filter clean with a compressed-air gun. Stubborn dirt can be washed off with detergent, followed by compressed air to dry the filter.
It is intended for riders tackling rally raids, desert journeys or exceptionally dusty races, where keeping dirt out of the engine is a particular concern.
