Sprint Filter T12 Air Filters

Sprint Filter T12 air filters are the brand's most protective range: dry polyester for environments with a lot of dust and dirt and for intensive riding off the tarmac. The part numbers end in «T12», such as PM255T12 or SM245T12.

Bikes with a T12

There are T12 filters for dirt bikes such as the Honda CRF 250 R, CRF 250 RX and CRF 450 R/RX for motocross and enduro, alongside the CRF250L and CRF300L Rally. The rest are mostly trail and adventure bikes: Suzuki V-Strom 800DE, Aprilia Tuareg 660, Triumph Tiger 800 and 1200, CFMOTO 800MT, Benelli TRK 502 and 702X, Voge Valico, Royal Enfield Himalayan 410 and Scram 411 or the Moto Guzzi Stelvio. There are also parts for the Ducati Multistrada and the KTM 1290 Super Duke.

When it pays off

If the bike often sees dirt or your route runs through places where dust is the norm, this is the range designed for the most engine protection. In return, it is not the one chasing the greatest airflow: that is the job of the P08F1-85. And if the dust is moderate, the P14 may be enough.

Checking it

Off-road, check after every outing that the filter sits properly in its box: dust that slips past a badly fitted seal does more harm than the dust the filter traps. The rest of the brand, with how to read a part number and how to choose a range, is in Sprint Filter.
