SW-MOTECH engine crash bars for the BMW R 1250 GS (2018-2024), R 1250 R (2018-2019) and R 1250 RS (2018) help protect the engine from damage in a fall and from scratches. They also provide protection for the tank, fairing and other components.
The stainless steel construction resists weathering and corrosion. Unlike coated steel, it retains its corrosion resistance even if the surface of a bar is damaged.
