The SW-MOTECH EVO driving light kit for the BMW R1200GS 2008-2012 extends your view ahead with the narrow beam of its two lamps. It is designed to help you see the route more clearly on paved and unpaved roads.
The black lamps have a compact 7.1 cm diameter and use LEDs designed for maintenance-free operation.
- Output: 12 W and 800 lm per lamp.
- ECE marking: ECE R113 Rev.2.
- Lamp protection: IP69 rating against water and dust.
- Construction: powder-coated aluminium lamps.
- Mounts: two model-specific, powder-coated steel brackets that bolt to existing fixing points.
- Wiring: a fused harness connects to the 12 V motorcycle battery without changes to the electrical system.
- Control: blue-backlit handlebar switch with IPX4 splash protection.
When fitting the lights, keep the reflector’s “TOP” marking facing upwards. Check the regulations that apply to the installation and use of driving lights.
