The SW-MOTECH EVO driving light kit adds long-range illumination to the BMW R 1200 GS (2012-2018) and R 1250 GS (from 2018). Its two black lights cast a narrow beam to help you see further ahead on the road and off it.

Model-specific brackets bolt to existing mounting points, positioning the lights and holding them securely even on unpaved routes. The steel brackets have a powder-coated finish for corrosion protection.

  • Output: 12 W and 800 lm per light.
  • ECE marking: ECE R113 Rev.2.
  • Light protection: IP69 against water and dust.
  • Diameter: 7.1 cm per light.
  • Connection: 12 V operation, with a fused wiring harness for connection to the motorcycle battery without modifying its electrical system.
  • Handlebar switch: blue backlighting and IPX4 splash protection.
  • Kit weight: 2520 g.

When fitting the lights, keep the ‘TOP’ marking facing upwards and follow the instructions for their mounting position. Check the regulations that apply to installing and using driving lights.
