The dark smoke Puig R-Racer screen is made for the original fairing of the 2020-2026 Kawasaki Ninja 650. Its increased height helps divert airflow away from the rider’s helmet and shoulders, while the design aims to improve aerodynamics over the original screen without compromising visibility through it.
Drawing on Puig’s racing experience, its shape is analysed in a virtual wind tunnel to optimise the aerodynamic drag coefficient (Cx). It is designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with a machine-vision quality check during production.
