The smoked Puig R-Racer screen for the Kawasaki Ninja 650 (2020-2026) replaces the original screen to improve aerodynamics while maintaining a clear view through it. Its increased height helps direct airflow away from the rider’s helmet and shoulders.
Developed using Puig’s racing experience, its shape is assessed in a virtual wind tunnel. The screen is designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with machine-vision quality checks during production.
- Material: 3 mm high-impact acrylic for strength, low weight and durability.
- Edge profile: a rounded edge of more than 2 mm that meets German TÜV safety requirements.
- UV resistance: helps the screen withstand exposure to ultraviolet light.
- Weight: 521 g.
- ABE approval: KBA 38182 VS3 for road use.
Installation requires no additional trim. Before fitting, check the ABE documentation to confirm that the approval covers your specific motorcycle model.
