The black Puig Z-Racing screen is designed for the 2009-2014 Yamaha YZF-R1. Its sporty shape aims to improve aerodynamic protection and rider comfort over the original screen, whether you ride upright or tuck in.
Puig uses virtual wind-tunnel analysis to develop the design. Compared with the original screen, the manufacturer reports an average aerodynamic improvement of 12.7% in an upright position and up to 61% in a racing position.

- Double-bubble profile: deflects airflow away from the helmet and upper torso.
- Side channels: direct air outwards to help reduce pressure on the shoulders.
