Rizoma turn signals

Rizoma turn signals are aluminium LED indicators that replace the stock ones with much smaller units, especially on nakeds and sports bikes with a tidied tail. There are nine lines, each with its own shape and finishes: Corsa, Leggera, Club, Iride, Layer, Vision, Sguardo, Light Unit and Action. Here is a map of the range and of what you need, besides the indicator itself, to get it working on your bike.

The indicator is the easy part

With Rizoma you choose the indicator for its design and functions; what depends on your bike is three other parts, ordered separately:

• The fixing. The aftermarket turn signal adapters carry the Rizoma unit to the spot where the stock one was. If you would rather keep the original indicators on a Rizoma Fox number plate holder, there are dedicated brackets for Kawasaki, Honda and Ducati.
• The connection. Wiring kits, front or rear, join the indicator to your bike's loom with connectors made for each model.
• The electrical load. An LED draws far less current than a bulb, and a bike designed for bulbs can read that as a fault and make them flash too fast. Adapter cables with a resistor make up for that draw.

Lines and finishes

• Corsa: the most complete, with 1, 2 and 3 function versions and up to six finishes: silver, black, matt black, gold, red and blue.
• Leggera and Vision: black and silver. Leggera comes in all three function versions and Vision only in the single-function one.
• Club, Iride and Sguardo: black and chrome, a finish that suits classics, scramblers and customs. Iride exists only with 3 functions and Sguardo only with one.
• Light Unit, Layer and Action: in black, with one or three function versions, and the Light Unit in matt black.

Approval, the colour of the light and the minimum spacing between indicators are covered in our guide to motorcycle turn signals. For the tail, the 3-function ones pair with a Rizoma number plate holder; the brand's other families are listed on the main Rizoma page.
