Developed for road racing, the Sprint Filter P08F1-85 air filter for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R (2016-2026) and ZX-10RR (2016-2025) can also be used on current-production road bikes. Its increased airflow may help improve engine power while maintaining filtration protection.

With appropriate care, the manufacturer states that the filter element shows no noticeable deterioration in structure or performance over the motorcycle’s service life.

• Material: a special polyester weave with threads just 22 microns in diameter.
• Filtration: the weave pattern can filter particles as small as 85 microns.
• Airflow: almost three times the airflow of the P08 fabric, with virtually the same filtration performance as that fabric.
• Waterproofing: patented technology makes the filter waterproof.
• Simple maintenance: clean with compressed air and refit, with no washing, specialist cleaners or oil treatments required.

According to Sprint Filter, use on current-production road bikes does not require carburation adjustments, ECU remapping or additional control units.
