SW-MOTECH SLH Side Carriers

The SW-MOTECH SLH side carriers are the base for the saddlebags of custom and cruiser bikes. They bolt to the bike's original mounting points and keep a clean line, with no tubes spoiling the look of a Softail or a Rebel, and the bag goes on and comes off with a quick-release catch.

LH1 and LH2

Each carrier name includes LH1 or LH2, which are also the names of the two saddlebags in the range: the LH1, at 19.5 litres, and the LH2, at 25.5. Choose the carrier from the same series as the bag you want to carry. Many bikes have both versions, such as the Honda Rebel 500 and 1100 and several Softails, and they are ordered per side, left or right.

Bikes with SLH

• Harley-Davidson Softail: Low Rider, Street Bob, Slim, Fat Bob, Breakout, Fat Boy and Deluxe.
• Honda CMX500 and CMX1100 Rebel, Kawasaki Vulcan S and Eliminator 500, Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster and Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650.
• BMW R 18 and several Indian models.

If your bike is not a custom, the SLC may be the system you are after; and if you prefer bags with a magnetic guide, look at the V-LOC carriers. Saddlebags and other bags are in motorcycle backpacks and bags, and the comparison of the five systems is in side carriers for cases and bags.
