The SW-MOTECH gear lever for selected BMW R 1200 and R 1250 models in the R and RS ranges helps you find a more comfortable shifting position. Its design improves ergonomics and supports confident gear operation.
CNC-machined aluminium construction is paired with a HART-COAT® treatment to protect the surface against scratches.
- Stepless adjustment: the two-piece design allows the distance between the toe piece and selector shaft to be set from 70 to 124 mm, compared with 98 mm on the original lever.
- Toe piece orientation: it can also be fitted rotated through 180 degrees.
- Optional larger contact area: the lever accepts an extension to increase the support area for your foot.
- Weight: approximately 300 g.
- Included: one gear lever, fitting instructions and mounting hardware.
- German road use: national type approval (ABE) is not required for use on German roads.
The spring mechanism allows the lever to fold in a fall, helping to protect it against breakage. This function only works when the lever is fitted in the standard forward position.
