The SW-MOTECH ION footrest kit for various Yamaha XT models is designed for adventure, off-road and road riding. It provides an alternative to the standard footrests, letting you tailor your footing to your riding position.
- Adjustable height: fit the footrests at the original height or lower them by approximately 15 mm.
- Support area: the approximately 8 x 5 cm platform promotes comfort, while its textured, non-slip surface improves grip, including when riding off-road.
- Durable construction: corrosion-resistant cast stainless steel footrests are designed for stability and long-lasting use.
- Vibration reduction: removable rubber pads reduce the vibrations transmitted to your feet.
- Folding joints: made from aluminium alloy, the joints allow the footrests to fold if the motorcycle falls.
- Kit contents: two footrests, two model-specific articulated adapters, fitting instructions and mounting hardware.
- Approval: ABE type approval for use on German roads.
The kit fits into your motorcycle’s original footrest mounts, reusing the standard retaining components, including the springs and pins.
