The SW-MOTECH PRO tank ring lets you attach a PRO tank bag to a BMW R 1200 GS (2008) or R 1200 S (2006-2008). It holds the bag above the tank rather than resting it on the paintwork.
On these tanks without mounting screws, the supplied adapter replaces the original filler neck and provides a base for the ring. The upper ring comes pre-mounted on a rail beneath the bag, so you can adjust its position and secure it without drilling the bag.
- Magnetic guidance: Fidlock technology helps guide the bag into position.
- QUICK-LOCK fastening: a mechanical catch keeps the bag secured while riding.
- Materials: glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide and aluminium.
- Quick release: a strap lets you remove the bag in one movement.
- Refuelling: the filler cap opens as usual.
- Fitting: instructions and mounting hardware are included.
This ring is intended for PRO tank bags; PRO rings are not compatible with EVO tank bags.
