The Puig engine guard extension for the centre stand adds protection against stones, mud, sand and impacts typically encountered on off-road rides. This black version, finished in textured paint, is intended for several BMW models.
- Material: the protective plate is made from 4 mm thick aluminium.
- Flat underside: helps the bike slide over obstacles when negotiating uneven terrain.
- Purposeful openings: allow cooling and drainage of mud or water.
- Secure mounting: iron brackets hold the plate to the centre stand along all three axes, preventing unwanted movement while riding.
- Practical design: leaves aerodynamics unaffected and does not obstruct cleaning or maintenance around the exhaust headers.
- Weight: 925 g.
Installation requires no technical knowledge, and printed step-by-step instructions are included. The extension can also be paired with the Puig sump guard.
