Highsider Two-Channel Electronic Relay 6-14V

The HIGHSIDER pro two-channel electronic relay controls two independent circuits on 6-14 V systems. It lets you switch higher-current devices without routing their full load through the handlebar buttons or switches.

Each channel accepts either a positive or negative control signal and activates its corresponding positive output. On some Indian motorcycles, for example, it can convert a pulsed-earth indicator signal into a positive one. The arrangement also allows thinner wires to be used for the switch connections.

• Supply and outputs: thick red wire for 12 V ignition positive; thick yellow and blue wires for the positive outputs of channels 2 and 1 respectively.
• Control inputs: thin yellow and blue wires for positive signals; thin yellow/black and blue/black wires for negative signals, for channels 2 and 1 respectively.

It is useful when fitting momentary buttons to operate functions such as the horn, dipped beam or main beam.
