The SW-MOTECH gear lever for various BMW R 12 and R nineT models lets you tailor the operating position to your foot. Its design aims to improve ergonomics and help you operate your bike’s gears securely.

• Stepless adjustment: the two-piece construction provides an adjustable distance of 32 to 86 mm between the toe piece and selector shaft, compared with 60 mm on the original lever.
• Reversible toe piece: it can also be fitted rotated through 180 degrees.
• Material and surface protection: CNC-milled aluminium with a HART-COAT® treatment to protect the surface against scratches.
• Folding mechanism: an integrated spring allows the lever to fold, helping protect it against breakage in a fall.
• Expandable contact area: accepts a gear lever extension to provide a larger support area for your foot.
• Included in the kit: one gear lever, fitting instructions and mounting hardware.
• German road regulations: national ABE type approval is not required for use on German roads.

Check the orientation when fitting: the folding protection can only work in a fall if the lever is installed in the standard forward-facing position.
