SW-MOTECH upper engine guards for the BMW R 1300 GS from 2023 help protect the bike’s bodywork. Designed specifically for this motorcycle, they follow its lines rather than relying on a generic fit.
The model-specific shape provides a precise fit. Stainless steel also has a practical advantage over coated steel: scratches do not reduce its corrosion resistance.
- Construction: stainless steel tubing with a 22 mm diameter.
- Surface: sandblasted and electropolished, with a silver finish.
- Fitting: bolted to the motorcycle’s original mounting points.
- Included: two upper guards, fitting instructions and mounting hardware.
Fitting requires the original side engine guard. These upper guards are not compatible with the SW-MOTECH side engine guard.
