The SW-MOTECH Adventure protection pack brings together model-specific guards for your Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 from 2023 onwards. It adds protection in a fall and on unpaved tracks, with a tailored fit that complements the motorcycle’s design.

• Crash bars: steel construction with 27 mm tubing and a black powder coating that resists weathering and corrosion. The secure frame connection helps protect important components while maintaining lean-angle clearance.
• Engine guard: made from aluminium alloy to shield the underside against stones and impacts; no motorcycle modifications are required.
• Handguard mounts: powder-coated aluminium backbones provide support, while steel bar ends reduce vibration.
• Adventure handguard shells: included in the pack, with an enclosed shape and side coverage. The impact-resistant plastic shields against wind, weather and bushes.
• Front axle sliders: protect the fork and feature a TPU coating with high mechanical damping capacity. Threaded mounting and model-specific spacers secure them in place.
• Fitting equipment: installation instructions and mounting hardware are supplied with the set.

The crash bars and engine guard use the original mounting points. The handguard components are not compatible with KOBRA or BBSTORM systems.
