The SW-MOTECH protection pack for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Rally 2025 brings together a model-specific set in black. It adds protection against falls and the impacts encountered on unpaved routes.

• Crash bars: a steel construction with 27 mm tubing and a weather- and corrosion-resistant powder coating. The frame connection is designed to preserve the bike’s lean-angle clearance.
• Engine guard: made from aluminium alloy, it shields the underside against stones and collisions. It fits the original mounting points without modifying the motorcycle.
• Handguard mounts: powder-coated aluminium backbones and vibration-reducing steel bar ends provide protection for your hands and levers.
• ADVENTURE shells included: their closed shape with lateral coverage and impact-resistant plastic help shield you from wind, weather and undergrowth.
• Front axle sliders: protect the fork and feature a TPU coating to absorb impacts. They attach via a threaded axle fitting and model-specific spacers.
• Installation hardware: mounting materials and instructions are supplied.

If you plan to combine the handguards with other components, bear in mind that their mounts and shells are not compatible with KOBRA or BBSTORM systems.
