Changes and returns

Once you have received your order, you can process a return within the next 14 calendar days to the reception of the item. You will get a refund for the price of such products. Please note that the costs incurred in returning the product will be borne exclusively by the consumer.

We can only process the returns of those products that are sent back in the same condition as the customer received them. The retuned products must also include all instructions, documents, promotional items and product packagings. No refund will be given if the products have been used or damaged, so please take care of them while they are in your possession.

Please treat the products with reasonable care while in your possession and keep the original boxes and packaging if you think of returning them. No refund will be given if the product is not returned in the original box with the same contents as when it was sent.

This provision does not affect the rights of the consumer under current legislation. For more information, please consult our purchase conditions.

Terms and methods of payment

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

• Credit Card: We use CaixaBank and the RedSys payment gateway to process orders paid by credit card. Card details are not processed or stored by acmotos. Pay by this method at no extra cost.
• PayPal: You can use the PayPal platform to make payments, there are no surcharges.
• Bank transfer: Only for orders in Spain. The order will take longer to be delivered, as it will not be prepared until the payment is received. You will be shown the details of the bank account where the payment has to be sent once the order is placed.
